Consultations are by appointment only, and are routinely for 10 minutes. We also offer telephone consultations with the doctor and telephone nurse advice clinics.

If your problem is urgent and you need seen on the day, we offer a nurse triage service.

A small number of appointments are available for those patients who cannot routinely attend appointments between 08:30 & 18:00.

Consultations with a doctor or nurse may involve intimate examination. We are happy to provide a chaperone to be present during the examination whether you are male or female and whether you are the same or opposite sex to the doctor or nurse. If you require a chaperone during the examination please advise the receptionist in advance if possible.

The practice will try to book interpreters as required but cannot guarantee availability. Please advise reception in advance if you need this service.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
