New Patient Registration
Patients will be asked to complete a questionnaire and a registration form. They must also provide ID such as passport or driving license, and proof of address.
An appointment will then be made with the practice nurse for a new patient medical. If you cannot attend this appointment, you must inform the surgery as early as possible. Patients have the right to express a preference of practitioner at this consultation.
As of November 2016, only patients living in the G42 area will be accepted as new patients at the practice. If you move outwith the G42 area, please advise us as soon as possible and we can advise you on how to find the closest GP surgery to your new address.
